When I received my electric bill last month, the bill amount was $xxx. When I went to pay the bill, the website said the amount due was only $yyy. $yyy reflected the $170 credit that all BGE customers got because they have totalled screwed basically all of us. So I paid $yyy.
And I just got my bill for this month - which charged me a $2.54 LATE FEE because I did not pay the entire balance of $xxx. Un...be...liev...a...ble.
